A Comprehensive List of Every Civil Aviation Registry in the World (D-F)

This reference guide is part of a reference list of all civil aviation registries in the world that are available to the public — covering sovereign states beginning with D-F.
Most United Nations member states that are signatories to the 1944 Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation are also members of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Therefore, the vast majority of states with a federal aviation administration — usually accompanied by a robust international air travel industry — keeps public registries of every commercial and private airliner registered in their state — accompanied by ownership information, model, home airport information, etc.
However, some states with strict privacy laws regarding aviation — such as Germany — do not publicly disclose aircraft registration information. In these cases, I will include archived records, ICAO codes, and anything else that could useful for identifying foreign aircraft on open-source flight radars.
Many smaller states with internal unrest, budgetary restrictions, or insignificant air travel industries — such as Afghanistan or Turkmenistan — do not keep updated registries.
As this list takes a considerable amount of time and energy to maintain, it will be updated as I work. Please be patient with the rest of the alphabet. :)
Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (ICAO Code: P-)
The only operating airline in North Korea, Air Koryo, maintains a website that includes all necessary information about the company, its services, and its fleet (http://www.airkoryo.com.kp/).

The General Administration of Civil Aviation of North Korea does not maintain an updated website nor discloses information to the public.
Democratic Republic of the Congo (ICAO Code: 9S/9T-)
Compagnie Africaine d’Aviation (CAA), one of the largest airliners in DRC, keeps an updated list its flight paths, aircraft, and timetables here.
The Civil Aviation Authority of the Democratic Republic of the Congo maintains a website (https://www.aacrdc.org/WebAAC/index.php), although it is incredibly slow to load and lacks a cache.

Denmark (ICAO Code: OY-)
Denmark maintains a Civil Aircraft Register which can be found here.

The Danish Transport Authority maintains a website (https://www.trafikstyrelsen.dk/da/Luftfart) of all relevant links, resources, and information regarding the civil aviation infrastructure of Denmark.

Djibouti (ICAO Code: J2-)
Djibouti does not currently maintain an online registry of its aircraft.

Dominica (ICAO Code: J7-)
Dominica is governed by the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation authority, which maintains a website here.
Information about aircraft registered in Dominica is scarce. Many of the airlines that operate in Dominica are registered in France and surrounding states.
Dominican Republic (ICAO Code: HI-)
The Institute of Civil Aviation of the Dominican Republic maintains a website (http://www.idac.gov.do/), although it is unsecured and should not be accessed without a VPN and proper anti-malware software.

East Timor (ICAO Code: 4W-)
The Civil Aviation Administration of East Timor does not maintain an active website.

The General Directorate of Civil Aviation maintains a website (https://www.aviacioncivil.gob.ec/).

Egypt (ICAO Code: SU-)
The Ministry of Civil Aviation of Egypt maintains a website (http://www.civilaviation.gov.eg/).

El Salvador (ICAO Code: YS-)
The Civil Aviation Authority of El Salvador maintains a website (https://www.aac.gob.sv/).

Equatorial Guinea (ICAO Code: 3C-)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Equatorial Guinea does not maintain an official website, nor a public registry.

The Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority maintains a website (http://www.ecaa.gov.et/home/).

The Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji maintains a website (https://www.caaf.org.fj/).
